Control Flow Integrity (CFI) and Control Flow Abstraction (CFA) related tests on the aarch64 architecture are now gated on the effective target’s support for .cfi_ instructions. This prevents these tests from running on targets that do not have the necessary capabilities, ensuring test suite stability and relevance. Several specific test files have been updated to reflect this new requirement.
