gccrs now groups language item names within an array, preparing for future AST dumping changes. Currently, these names are hardcoded, but this commit aims to decouple them from the AST structure. This change is motivated by the desire to generate macros before name resolution errors occur, without requiring a move of lang item name discovery earlier in the pipeline.
