The HIR::RangeFromToInclExpr class and its associated visitors have been removed from the GCC Rust front-end. Inclusive range expressions are now directly desugared into a CallExpr targeting the range_inclusive_new lang item during AST-to-HIR lowering, making this HIR node and its related code obsolete.
