The nullary overload of _Flat_set_impl::_M_try_emplace in libstdc++ has been simplified by removing an unused template parameter pack _Args. This pack was always deduced as empty, making the overload definition unnecessarily complex. Changing it to a non-template function streamlines the implementation.
