This commit improves the debugging output for RISC-V macro-fusion. It includes instruction UIDs in dump messages to distinguish consecutive fusion matches and correctly reports ZEXTW and ZEXTWS with their actual fusion types. Documentation for existing fusion recognizers is also enhanced to clarify RTL relationships and constraints, aiding developers in understanding the fusion process.
