This commit enhances the import finalization process in the GCC Rust compiler by introducing a ‘dirty’ state flag to the GlobbingVisitor. This flag is set if any definitions are inserted during globbing. The finalize_glob_import function now checks this dirty state before proceeding, preventing unnecessary operations if no changes occurred.
