This commit introduces two new test cases, extract-sign-no-scratch.c and extract-zero-no-scratch.c, to the RISC-V test suite. These tests cover bit-field extraction scenarios that were inadvertently left out from an earlier change, ensuring more complete test coverage for this architecture.
