- RISC-V: Remove redundant implicit subset clauses for Zve{32,64}f
- tldr
- RISC-V toolchain no longer explicitly lists Zvl{32,64}b when Zve{32,64}f is present, simplifying subset handling.

The binutils BFD library has removed redundant clauses in its RISC-V subset definitions. Specifically, the implicit inclusion of Zvl{32,64}b when Zve{32,64}f is specified has been removed, as the latter already implies the former through Zve{32,64}x. This change streamlines the processing of instruction set extensions.
