The widen_ssum and widen_usum optabs, exclusively used for implementing reduction accumulators in the vectorizer, have been renamed to reduc_widen_ssum and reduc_widen_usum. This change aligns them with other reduc_* names and frees up widen_[us]sum for potential future lane-preserving widening add operations. The internal optab identifiers were also adjusted for consistency. This is a pure rename, with no impact on generated code.
