A new Python script, forge_teams.py, is introduced to manage team memberships within the GCC organization on the Forge. It synchronizes team members with the MAINTAINERS.yml file using the Forge API. While it cannot create new teams, it automates the addition and removal of existing members, streamlining project administration.
