The test file gcc.dg/tree-ssa/signbit-1.c previously included checks for a sign-bit fold simplification that belonged to a separate patch. This commit removes those unrelated expressions and dump scans from signbit-1.c to ensure the test accurately verifies the X + (X | -X) simplification without interference, allowing its associated patch to be tested independently.
