A new test case, returns_twice-1.c, has been added to the GCC test suite. This test specifically targets an ICE (Internal Compiler Error) identified in PR126815, which occurred when compiling functions declared with the __attribute__((returns_twice)) attribute. The testcase demonstrates that inserting a statement before the function call does not resolve the issue and verifies the fix. It was tested on x86_64-linux-gnu and passes.
