This commit introduces two new variants (is_constant_evaluated3a.C and is_constant_evaluated3b.C) of an existing test case. These variants are designed to specifically test the behavior of is_constant_evaluated within constexpr function scopes and maybe-constexpr lambda scopes, respectively. They help uncover and verify fixes for issues related to constant folding in different evaluation contexts.
