This commit introduces a helper function and variables to abstract direct access to the operand_types array within insn_template structures. This change is a preparatory step for a subsequent commit that will remove operand_types from being directly embedded in templates. It ensures that code using these operand types can be easily updated to use the new, indirect access method without significant churn.
