This commit removes a set of unused declarations from the scheduler’s intermediate representation (IR) handling code, specifically in sel-sched-ir.cc and sel-sched-ir.h. These declarations were added in a previous commit but were either never used or made obsolete by subsequent changes, such as the replacement of some list-related macros with inline functions. The removal is purely a cleanup effort and is not expected to alter compiler behavior.
