A new store method has been added to maintainer_utils.py to handle writing the MAINTAINERS.yml data, including a standard leading comment. This method is now used by add-write-after.py, consolidating the logic for writing this file and avoiding potential duplication of effort if other scripts need to perform similar operations in the future.
