This commit restricts the vec-mask-zero-1.c test case to targets that support V4SI operations, such as AArch64 and x86 with SSE2. The test previously failed on targets where vector lowering split V4SI operations, altering dump counts and leading to inaccurate results. The test now scans forwprop1 after simplifications but before target-specific lowering, ensuring it checks the intended GIMPLE simplification logic.
