This commit purges several pieces of dead code across GCC’s internal compiler infrastructure. Unused declarations and variables in the tree-into-ssa, tree-ssa-propagate, tree-ssa-tail-merge, and tree-vectorizer components are removed. These elements have been obsolete for years, with their functionality superseded by other mechanisms or removed in previous refactors, thus cleaning up the codebase and reducing maintenance overhead.
