This patch introduces support for several ARMv8-A Architecture Profile compliance-defined (ACLE) hint intrinsics on the aarch64 backend. These intrinsics, including __yield(), __wfe(), __wfi(), __sev(), and __sevl(), provide mechanisms for CPU yielding, waiting for events, and signaling other cores, aiding in power management and inter-processor communication.
