This commit skips the PR121035 test case because it makes incorrect assumptions about integer types. The test failed with errors indicating type mismatches in PHI arguments and binary expressions, specifically assuming int32plus when the target might not support it. The test is now constrained to targets with at least 32-bit integer support.
