The obj-fdpicelf.c and obj-fdpicelf.h files, which were used to inject a single #define into the assembler configuration, have been removed. These were not appropriate and have been replaced by the standard mechanism of using target-environment (te-*.h) headers. A new te-linux-fdpic.h has been introduced.
