This commit modifies the GCC ifcvt pass to count converted if-blocks within the noce_finish_if_conversion helper function, aligning it with the CFG change it represents. Additionally, the flag cond_exec_changed_p is renamed to ifcvt_changed_p to more accurately reflect its purpose, as it signals that any conversion has occurred, not just conditional execution. These adjustments enhance accuracy and code clarity.
