This commit corrects ARM testsuite entries related to VFP shift instructions that were affected by a previous fix for PR111609. The original test patterns were too permissive, allowing incorrect output, and have been simplified and fixed to accurately reflect valid code generation. This resolves fallout issues in the testsuite.
