This commit modifies the GIMPLE parser to ignore the {v} marker, which indicates volatile operations. This marker is redundant as the operand scanner can infer volatile operations from the operands themselves. By ignoring this marker during parsing, more -gimple dumps can be consumed by the frontend without requiring manual edits, improving usability for debugging and analysis.
