The readelf utility has been updated to support three new RISC-V-specific ELF note types: NT_RISCV_VECTOR, NT_RISCV_TAGGED_ADDR_CTRL, and NT_RISCV_USER_CFI. This addition ensures that readelf can correctly display information related to these notes when inspecting RISC-V binaries, improving tooling support for the architecture.
