The Gas Makefile.am and Makefile.in have been updated to include te-linux.h and te-linux-fdpic.h in TARG_ENV_HFILES. This change also removes config/obj-fdpicelf.[ch] as it is no longer needed, ensuring proper handling of Linux FDPIC targets.
