This commit removes the unused ‘cond’ attribute from the ARC architecture’s instruction definitions. The ‘cond’ attribute describes how instructions affect condition codes, but no part of the compiler currently reads or uses this information. Removing it eliminates dead code and simplifies the architecture’s configuration files.
