This commit ports the AArch64 NEON AES intrinsics (FEAT_AES) to GCC’s pragma-based framework. It removes old builtin functions and their definitions, replacing them with new declarations in the base neon-builtins file. Assembly tests have been added to verify the functionality of these cryptographic intrinsics.
