Recent self-tests for vector unroll folding in GCC’s middle-end were failing due to incorrect handling of vector types. The issue stemmed from using in_nelts instead of min_out_nelts when encoding vector types, which led to the wrong encoding for VLAs (Variable Length Arrays). This commit updates the test to use min_out_nelts, resolving the failure and ensuring correct handling for various architectures including ARM and RISC-V.
