This commit removes a special-case include path for certain pb_ds testsuite support files in libstdc++. Previously, these files required an extra include directory to be added to the compilation flags. By changing their header includes to use quotes (e.g., #include "bar.hpp") instead of angle brackets, the headers are found relative to the source file, eliminating the need for the extra compiler flag and simplifying the build process.
