The instruction format for s390, previously named VRR_0VVU, has been renamed to VRI_0VVU. This change corrects an erroneous assignment made in a prior commit that incorrectly classified it as a VRR instruction format. The update aligns the binutils assembler with the official IBM z/Architecture specification.
