The RRR_FE0FEFE instruction format used in the s390 assembler has been renamed to RRF_FE0FEFE. This change reflects the merger of the RRR format into the RRF-a format on IBM z196 and later processors. Several instructions, including axtr, dxtr, mxtr, and sxtr, are updated to use the new format name.
