The s390 assembler’s ‘vlr’ instruction has been updated to use the VRR_VV instruction format, correcting a previous misclassification. It was erroneously using the VRX_VV format. This change aligns the assembler with the IBM z/Architecture specifications for z13 and z17, ensuring correct instruction encoding.
