Equivalences between PHI results and arguments on the entry edge of single-block loops with invariant exit tests have been removed from the DOM (Dominator Tree) analysis. This optimization was established for a pattern that no longer reaches DOM directly, or where DOM itself has already folded the exit test to a constant. Extensive testing showed no impact on generated assembly, confirming this removal is safe.
