x86: Improve relocation error reporting

Enhances error messages for out-of-range relocations in the x86 ELF linker, providing more specific details.

This patch improves the error reporting for ‘relocation against out of range’ errors in the x86 ELF linker. Previously, the error message was generic. The updated reporting now includes the specific relocation type (e.g., R_X86_64_64), making it easier for developers to diagnose and fix issues related to incorrect relocations in object files.

Submits a patch to improve relocation error reporting by including the specific relocation type in messages for out-of-range errors.

In Details

This patch enhances error reporting for the x86 ELF linker within GNU Binutils. When a relocation is out of the valid range for its section (e.g., trying to relocate a value beyond the bounds of the .text.get_tls section), the linker now provides a more detailed error message. Instead of a generic "error 4", it specifies the relocation type (like R_X86_64_64) and the target section, aiding in debugging relocation problems.

For Context
relocation
A process performed by a linker or loader that adjusts symbolic addresses in object code to their final absolute locations in memory. Relocations specify how to modify memory references within code or data to point to the correct addresses of symbols.
ELF
Executable and Linkable Format. A standard file format for executables, object code, shared libraries, and core dumps on many Unix-like systems.
x86
A family of instruction set architectures (ISAs) originating from the Intel 8086 microprocessor. It is widely used in desktop and server computers.
R_X86_64_64
A specific type of ELF relocation for the x86-64 architecture. It indicates that the relocation value is a 64-bit absolute address.
ld
The GNU linker, part of the GNU Binutils package. It takes object files and links them together to create an executable file, a shared library, or another object file.
