RISC-V: Add support for XAndesVDot extension
Binutils now supports the RISC-V XAndesVDot extension for vector dot product operations.
This commit introduces support for the RISC-V XAndesVDot extension into the binutils. Changes span BFD for ELF file handling, GAS for assembler syntax and tests, and the opcode library for instruction definitions. This enables the use of vector dot product instructions on Andes architectures.
In Details
This change enables support for the XAndesVDot extension within the RISC-V binutils. It updates BFD's riscv_multi_subset_supports to recognize the extension, modifies GAS for new assembly directives and test cases, and augments the opcode tables and instruction classes in opcode/riscv-opc.c and include/opcode/riscv.h. This is part of expanding toolchain support for RISC-V ISA variants.
