Add alloc crate to gccrs test suite with temporary modifications

The `alloc` crate has been added to the gccrs test suite, with some unsupported features temporarily commented out.

gccrs now includes the alloc crate in its test suite, significantly expanding the scope of testing for Rust’s standard library components. To accommodate current compiler limitations, certain unsupported features in lib.rs and the ForceResult enum in collections/btree/node.rs (related to issue Rust-GCC/gccrs#4687) have been temporarily commented out. This enables broader integration testing.

In Details

This commit integrates the Rust alloc crate into the gccrs testsuite infrastructure. It involves adding numerous test files and a top-level alloc.exp file. Temporary workarounds are applied by commenting out code that relies on features not yet fully supported by gccrs, such as specific aspects of ForceResult in the btree module, pending resolution of known issues.

For Context
alloc crate
A core Rust library providing memory allocation abstractions, used by other standard library collections like Vec and String.
test suite
A collection of tests designed to verify the correctness and functionality of a software system. In this case, it's for the GCC Rust frontend (gccrs).
