a68: parser: support fixed sized modes
Algol-68 parser updated to recognize and process fixed-sized mode syntax.
The Algol-68 parser has been enhanced to support the syntax for fixed-sized modes, introducing new attributes and keywords like FIXETY and WORD_SYMBOL. This commit updates type definitions, parser rules, and checks to correctly interpret and build internal representations for these new modes.
In Details
The Algol-68 parser components (a68-parser-attrs.def, a68-parser-modes.cc, etc.) have been modified to recognize and process syntax related to fixed-sized modes. New attributes, keywords, and internal type representations (A68_WORD_*_TYPE) are introduced to handle declarations and usage of these modes.
For Context
- parser
- The component of a compiler that analyzes the grammatical structure of source code, typically by breaking it down into a parse tree.
- fixed sized modes
- Data types in Algol-68 that have a precisely defined size in bits or bytes, offering more control than standard variable-sized types.
- attributes
- In the context of a parser, these are properties or modifiers that can be associated with language constructs, affecting their meaning or behavior.
