gccrs: Improve super segment resolution

Enhance Rust name resolution to handle specific super segment cases.

GCC’s Rust compiler now correctly resolves names in scenarios involving a final super segment or super segments following a lowercase self segment. This update refines the name resolution context to properly handle cases where the initial segment resolution process concludes with the final segment, ensuring more robust and accurate name lookup for Rust code.

In Details

The gccrs name resolution system, specifically ForeverStack::find_starting_point and NameResolutionContext::resolve_path, has been updated to better handle complex path resolutions. The changes address edge cases where a path's final segment is a super segment, or when super segments appear after a lowercase self-segment, improving the compiler's ability to accurately map identifiers to their definitions in Rust code.
