gccrs: Resolve lang item types correctly in expressions

Improves gccrs's expression type checking to resolve language item types, fixing issues with their lookup.

This commit enhances the gccrs compiler’s expression type-checking mechanism to correctly resolve language item types. Previously, expressions depending on language items might have encountered issues because these items were not fully resolved when needed. The changes in rust-hir-type-check-expr.cc ensure that language items are now properly resolved. A new test case, for-loop3.rs, is included.

In Details

The type-checking logic for expressions in rust-hir-type-check-expr.cc was updated to improve the resolution of language items. Functions like TypeCheckExpr::visit(BoxExpr) and variants of range expressions now attempt to resolve language item types rather than just looking them up. This addresses potential issues where the availability of a language item's type was assumed before it was fully resolved in the compiler's internal representation.

For Context
language item
Special items in Rust (like Sized, Copy, or primitive types) that are fundamental to the language's operation and are often handled specially by the compiler. They are essential for type system correctness.
type checking
The process by which a compiler verifies that the types of values used in an expression or assignment are compatible according to the language's rules. This helps prevent type errors at runtime.
expression
A piece of code that evaluates to a value. In Rust, expressions can be simple values, variable references, function calls, or more complex constructs.
