386/testsuite: Fix testcases after phiopt factoring

Several i386 test cases are corrected following recent changes in the phiopt optimization pass.

Recent factoring within the phiopt optimization pass required adjustments to specific i386 test cases. This commit fixes those test cases, ensuring they pass correctly on both 32-bit and 64-bit modes. While the code generation has improved, the number of jumps and setN operations remains consistent with previous behavior.

In Details

This commit corrects several gcc.target/i386 testsuite cases that regressed due to recent refactoring in the phiopt pass, specifically concerning BIT_FIELD_REF handling. The fixes ensure that the generated assembly, particularly the counts of jumps and setN instructions, remains consistent with prior behavior while reflecting the improved code generation, tested across both -m32 and -m64 compilation modes.
