aarch64: Fix json self testing
Aarch64 JSON tuning tests are fixed by initializing parameters correctly.
This commit resolves an issue in the aarch64 JSON tuning self-tests where parameter declarations were not initialized. This could lead to unrelated settings affecting test outcomes. The fix involves using value initializers for the parameters, ensuring the tests are reliable.
In Details
The test_json_integers, test_json_boolean, test_json_strings, and test_json_enums functions within config/aarch64/aarch64-json-tunings-parser.cc were failing due to uninitialized params objects. This commit ensures these params are properly value-initialized, preventing any potential garbage values from interfering with the JSON parsing and tuning tests on aarch64.
For Context
- aarch64
- The 64-bit implementation of the ARM architecture, commonly used in mobile devices and servers.
- JSON tuning
- A mechanism in GCC where performance-related options and parameters can be specified using the JSON format, allowing for easier customization and experimentation.
- self-testing
- A process where a software component includes tests for itself to verify its correctness, often run as part of the build or testing infrastructure.
- value initializer
- In C++, a mechanism to initialize an object with a specific value or set of values, ensuring predictable starting states for variables and class members.
